從1992年紅山口會議起步，国足跟往革情中國足球開始實施全麵改革。球接過去的改点近30年時間裏，我們也曾困惑過 、马德迷茫過。兴中下办但那個時候的国足跟往革情困惑是 ：我們都知道是走在一條很明確的道路上 ，在從專業體製向職業體製轉變的球接過程中 ，雖遇到了困難 、改点雖競技成績依然不理想 ，甚至出現了一些下滑，可我們心裏都很清楚 ，我們所選擇的 、所走的路沒有錯，隻要繼續走下去 ，我們就可以看見光明 ，就像中國男足最終在2001年曆史性地取得了世界杯入場券那樣 。而如今，當我們還在這條路上繼續前行的時候 ，我甚至不得不開始自己懷疑了。
《中國足球改革發展總體方案》出台後，明確提出了“脫鉤”問題 ，中國足協率先進行“脫鉤”，原“國家體育總局足球運動管理中心”已正式注銷 ，中國足協成為獨立的社團法人 ，“按照政社分開 、權責明確 、依法自治的原則調整組建中國足球協會 ，改變中國足球協會與體育總局足球運動管理中心兩塊牌子 、一套人馬的組織構架 。中國足球協會與體育總局脫鉤 ，在內部機構設置 、工作計劃製定 、財務和薪酬管理 、人事管理、國際專業交流等方麵擁有自主權 。”
可是 ，兩年不到 ，“脫鉤”事宜似乎擱置了 ，原本按“足改”要求 ，職業聯盟呼之欲出 ，但至今沒有明確的下文 。最新的一個情況是 ：就在近日 ，“2022年‘體總杯’中國城市足球聯賽”競賽規程正式下發 ，這是一個幾乎與中國足協不著邊際的賽事 。那麽 ，中國足協在這個賽事中又扮演怎樣的角色 ？與職業聯賽之間的關係如何處置 ？所有一係列全新的疑問又在心中產生 。
作為一名從業已快30年 、從紅山口會議開始就一路跟隨中國足球走過來的老記者 ，確實有些看不懂了甚至產生了困惑與迷茫 。中國足球走到今天這一步 ，感覺跟以往的改革情況有點不一樣 。
圍繞著中國足球的發展與改革 ，本來有一個很好的指導性文件即《中國足球改革發展總體方案》。這些年來，中央也出台了一係列其他很好的相關深化改革的文件 。搞中國足球改革 ，按照這些文件所指引的方向走下去 ，應該是一個很明確的方向。但現在 ，已讓人沒法判斷究竟該往哪個方向走了。這就是一個老記的迷茫 ！
