現年25歲的签下球陳奕出自亞泰青訓，曾以主力身份代表中國參加亞少賽 。中场曾主战亚陳奕擁有豐富的力代留洋經曆 ，在葡萄牙期間曾代表多支俱樂部在葡甲 、表中葡U係列等各項賽事中登場 。少赛2021年7月，川牛陈奕陳奕回歸國內聯賽 ，官宣国出加盟中甲球隊黑龍江冰城 。签下球
陳奕表示 ：
“非常開心能加入四川九牛 。中场曾主战亚來之前對球隊進行了很多了解 ，力代九牛的表中風格很適合我 ，俱樂部的少赛發展目標也很吸引我 ，希望為球隊貢獻我的川牛陈奕一份力 。”
主教練塞爾吉奧·洛貝拉表示 ：
