原料 ：
烏雞一隻、薑2片 、乌鸡山藥一段、山药幹香菇幾朵 、香菇枸杞1小把 花生、做法紅棗幾粒。乌鸡
做法：
1、山药烏雞去內髒洗淨控幹水份，香菇薑切片備用 。
2 、幹香菇用水泡發備用 。
3 、山藥洗淨去皮切塊備用 。
4 、砂鍋中倒入足量水 ，放入烏雞 ，煮沸後，撇去浮沫 。
5 、再放入其他材料 ，轉文火煲1個半小時 。食用前 ，加入適量鹽調味即可 。

小提示 ：
煲湯的鍋最好能用瓦罐 ，或質地細膩的砂鍋 ，內壁潔白的陶瓷鍋 ，不鏽鋼鍋也行 。
但是不要用劣質砂鍋，因為裏麵的瓷釉含鉛 ，煮酸性食物時很容易溶解出來 ，對人身體有害 。
另外鋁 ，鐵和錫製的容器也不要用來煲湯。
初次買回來使用的瓦罐或砂鍋 ，洗幹淨之後，放少量米加水煮成米湯 ，然後將米湯在鍋中放一夜 ，這樣可以防止開裂 。

在煲湯過程中 ，不要用湯勺用力觸碰內壁或鍋底 ，這樣很容易造成砂鍋炸裂 。更不要讓瓦罐或砂鍋在很熱時 ，直接衝入冷水 。
使用之後一定要先等它自然冷卻再清洗。
剛煲好的砂鍋不要直接放在冰冷的地磚或廚房石材桌麵上 ，因為熱鍋急遇冷會發生炸裂 ，最好能用一塊鍋墊來墊底擺放 。
