朱辰傑的傷勢則需要相對更長時間的恢複 。9月30日國足1比1戰平敘利亞的熱身賽中 ，他的腿部意外受傷 。經過醫療組的初步診斷 ，這次受傷並未傷及韌帶或骨頭，但因傷口較深 ，朱辰傑當晚接受了縫針的治療 。留在酒店進行休整的他連續10月2日、3日和4日的三堂訓練課 。從目前情況來看 ，朱辰傑很難趕上對陣越南的比賽 。
