13.擀成中間厚 ，周圍薄的皮，包入肉餡 。
14.包好的包子最後醒發20分鍾 。
15.平底鍋刷油 ，鋪上包子 。
16.倒入沒過包子三分之一的水 ，蓋蓋子把水收幹即可（為了好看我加了一點芝麻） 。
17.剩下的包子直接上鍋蒸了 ，溫水上鍋 ，冒蒸氣後繼續蒸5分鍾 ，關火 ，燜3分鍾後開蓋子即可 。
