最近一段時間 ，名记有關巴薩將會引進曼城前鋒費蘭-托雷斯的巴萨消息不斷被曝出 。而來自著名足球記者羅馬諾的已完報道 ，巴薩引進費蘭-托雷斯的成费轉會文件已經完成，這位球員加盟巴薩即將官宣 。名记
費蘭-托雷斯是巴萨一位西班牙球員 ，目前在英超的已完曼城踢球 ，但是成费他並非是曼城的核心球員 ，在前18輪的名记英超聯賽中 ，費蘭-托雷斯僅出場4次，巴萨打入2個進球助攻1次 。已完盡管在曼城無法得到重用 ，成费但是名记這位西班牙國腳卻得到了西甲豪門巴薩的關注 。
就在曼城對戰萊斯特城賽前新聞發布會上 ，巴萨曼城主帥瓜迪奧拉被問到了費蘭-托雷斯轉會的已完問題 ，對此瓜帥說道 ：“我知道他們正在談判 ，已經接近完成了，當轉會完成之後 ，俱樂部就會官宣 。”
對於巴薩簽約費蘭-托雷斯的消息 ，西班牙的《每日體育報》稱，巴薩將會支付給曼城5500萬歐元的固定轉會費，同時在轉會合同中存在1000萬歐元的浮動獎金條款 ，而巴薩也將會與費蘭-托雷斯簽訂一份為期五年的合同。這家媒體認為 ，哈維在簽約費蘭-托雷斯的交易中起到了至關重要的作用 。
而就在今日 ，著名的足球記者羅馬諾在自己的推特上表示 ，在過去的24小時 ，巴薩已經完成了費蘭-托雷斯的轉會文件工作 ，未來巴薩將會盡快宣布簽下費蘭-托雷斯的消息 ，這筆交易已經沒有了懸念 。另外羅馬諾表示，在成功簽下費蘭-托雷斯後 ，巴薩不會在明年1月冬窗簽下齊耶赫 。
巴薩在目前的西甲聯賽中位居第7位 ，對於巴薩來說 ，下半賽季的比賽要全力衝刺聯賽 ，至少要獲得前四的位置贏得參加下賽季歐冠的機會 。
