在等待了六十三天之後，沧州聯賽終於重啟，主帅中超做好這是深圳一個漫長的過程 。我們將要麵對的强能球队挑戰非常大 ，在26天內進行9場比賽 。打败不僅是防守密集的賽程 ，還要考慮到悶熱的沧州天氣以及隨時可能出現的強降雨 ，這是主帅中超做好一場生存之戰 ，是深圳對我們身體和心理上的巨大挑戰 ，我們更需要集中精神和提高場上的强能球队效率 。在漫長休賽期當中，打败我們進行了幾場友誼賽 ，防守也進行了針對性訓練，沧州同時也利用這段時間熟悉了我們的主帅中超做好新主場滄州 ，我個人也被這裏悠久的深圳曆史和善良的人民深受感動 。希望在後麵的比賽中 ，我們用場上精神和勇氣 ，來贏得他們的心 。
沒有任何球隊經曆過這種密集的賽程 ，所有教練都會麵對同樣問題 ，如何在短時間內進行恢複 ，如何選擇合理陣容進行輪換 。但同時我認為我們球隊也有像穆裏奇這樣的球員 ，他是非常有經驗和能力的人，希望他能成為我們隊伍的領頭羊 。
這個賽程下對於所有球隊都一樣，隻靠十一個人或者十四五個人是不可能的 ，自然而然需要輪換 。所以我們會給一些出場很少的和年輕球員機會。深圳的能力非常強，他們的球員陣容能打敗任何一支中超球隊 ，我們球隊也有自己的風格 ，我們也會依靠自己的優勢 ，做好防守，之前我們也表現出 ，當我們把防守做好時 ，我們的反擊也可以很快速 。我們在需要控球的時候也可以把球控住 。在這種賽程下，擁有這種能力是很重要的 。
奧斯卡回國經曆了很漫長的過程 ，我經常跟他開玩笑說可能從剛果走路過來都已經到了，正是因為回來的路程漫長而又艱辛，所以他更會有動力 ，他也更想通過比賽來展現自己的實力 。
