北京時間2月22日 ，據《每日新報》報道，协对新赛中國足協相關人士表示 ，季否降薪解决足協近期還沒有就新賽季是暂无否再次降薪的問題有明確說法 ，並表示目前看來最需要做的明确事是解決中超欠薪問題 。
此前有消息透露，说法新賽季中超可能將再次降薪 。应先而廣州隊近期也出台了最新的欠薪薪資政策，一線球員的问题頂薪僅為60萬元 ，這引發廣泛關注和討論 。曝足
《每日新報》表示 ，协对新赛從中國足協相關人士處了解到 ，季否降薪解决近期還沒有就新賽季是暂无否再次降薪的問題有明確說法 ，因為如果降薪的明确話 ，需廣泛征求意見，说法形成共識 ，會有一個過程 。該人士說 ，目前看來最需要幹的是解決中超欠薪的問題 。他以中國男足國家隊為例，本土隊員中除了上海海港 、山東泰山的國腳之外 ，其餘隊員都存在不同程度的被欠薪情況，比例達到80%左右 。解決俱樂部與球員之間備案合同執行問題正在困擾中國足協、中足聯籌備組 。
