比賽次日 ，佩德在本場比賽中首發出戰的场观场进小將佩德裏出席了西班牙隊的新聞發布會。談起觀眾的嘘声噓聲和莫拉塔的情況 ，佩德裏表示 ，莫拉“伴著觀眾的塔下掌聲踢球 ，顯然還好過頂著噓聲踢球 。佩德為我們送上掌聲的场观场进觀眾會對我們起到幫助作用 。”
“我們的嘘声球隊很出色 ，球隊也會逐漸進入狀態 。莫拉莫拉塔知道如何去應對這些事情 ，塔下下一場比賽他就會進球 。莫拉塔是一名出色的球員 ，他為球隊貢獻了很多 ，他現在情緒也很冷靜 。莫拉塔知道進球總會到來 ，我也可以肯定他會取得進球 。”
“我從未想過能代表國家隊站在這裏 ，更沒想到我會在歐洲杯首場比賽就首發出戰 ，我對此心存感激 。對於我來說 ，這場比賽我們從始至終一直掌控著比賽。球隊有很多機會，如果我們繼續這樣 ，進球自然會到來。”
