正在上海進行體能儲備的津媒津门架构天津津門虎，未來幾日將迎來主教練於根偉，虎还屆時訓練將進入新單元。搭建队伍
據了解 ，已物援人再有幾天於根偉回國隔離觀察才能解除 ，色两目前津門虎的个外訓練由助理教練根據主教練的安排帶隊進行 。好在近期隊伍是津媒津门架构以體能準備為主 ，而且帶隊的虎还助教都是上賽季的“老人兒” ，主教練的搭建队伍暫時缺席並不影響正常訓練 。值得一提的已物援人是 ，津門虎聘請新體能教練的色两工作已經有了著落 ，俱樂部正在為其辦理來華相關手續 ，个外這名來自西班牙的津媒津门架构體能教練今後還將負責隊員的康複。
目前，虎还津門虎全部隊員大約25名，搭建队伍其中包括前來試訓的一些球員 ，隊伍架構整體上還處於搭建的狀態 。老將譚望嵩 、白嶽峰仍然在冬訓的名單中 ，表明教練組對這兩位老將在隊中起到的作用是持肯定的態度。外援方麵，津門虎已經物色了“一前一後”兩個人選 ，但由於眾所周知的原因 ，目前還無法最終確定 。
新賽季中超聯賽大政方針目前還沒有確切消息 ，包括津門虎在內的所有俱樂部的集訓也隻能走一步說一步 ，先把體能基礎打紮實了 。不過 ，隨著中國隊隔離觀察期馬上結束，國腳即將返回各自俱樂部 ，其他中超隊伍陸續投入集訓 ，津門虎目前已經預定了兩場熱身賽 。
