體育總局辦公廳關於公布“十四五”期間首批全國足球發展重點城市的十四五通知
體青字〔2022〕10號
各省、自治區 、体育直轄市 、总局足球重点計劃單列市 、确定全国新疆生產建設兵團體育行政部門 ：
為深入貫徹黨中央 、城为城市國務院關於足球改革發展的首批決策部署 ，進一步推動落實《中國足球改革發展總體方案》 ，发展謀深做實“十四五”期間足球改革發展工作 ，十四五體育總局 、体育中國足協聯合開展“全國足球發展重點城市”建設工作 。总局足球重点根據工作安排 ，确定全国體育總局 、城为城市中國足協共同組織了第一批全國足球發展重點城市的首批材料審核和實地考察工作 ，經專家組審議並報全國足球發展重點城市工作領導小組研究同意，发展決定確定上海市、十四五成都市、武漢市 、深圳市 、廣州市 、長春市 、重慶市 、大連市、青島市等九個城市為“十四五”期間首批全國足球發展重點城市 。
請各有關省市嚴格按照《體育總局關於開展全國足球發展重點城市建設工作的指導意見》（體青字〔2021〕30號）要求 ，進一步加強對足球工作的組織領導 ，加快本地區足球工作的改革步伐 ，加大足球領域的保障力度 ，因地製宜 、大膽探索 ，創造可供借鑒推廣的有益經驗 ，共同推動我國足球事業實現新的發展 。
