除了C羅外 ，本屆歐洲杯打入五個進球的還有捷克的希克 ，但是這位球員僅打入5個進球，沒有助攻，而C羅還助攻一次。按照金靴獎的規則 ，相同進球的情況下先看球員的助攻次數 。因此C羅也得以順利的贏得歐洲杯金靴 。C羅已經是歐洲杯正賽的射手王 ，而且本屆又拿到了歐洲杯的金靴 ，同時在2016年的歐洲杯還奪冠。可以說 ，C羅已經成為了歐洲杯的第一人 。
