今天的安排交戰雙方對本賽季首場“京津德比”有著不一樣的備戰節奏 ：北京國安上周五剛與河北隊進行了第5輪補賽 ，此役前隻有兩天調整時間 ，执行好在球隊今天替補席的于大应高人數有所增加 ，剛剛歸隊的宝回比赛不好巴坎布和傷愈的王剛進入比賽大名單 ，令主教練比利奇能有更多選擇；天津津門虎則有充裕的温下時間準備休賽期後的首場比賽 。
晉鵬翔開場8分鍾的安排傷退迫使北京國安早早用掉一個換人名額，雖然國安此後占據場上主動 ，执行但張玉寧 、王子銘和池忠國的射門都未能轉化成進球 ，雙方上半時0比0互交白卷 。易邊後 ，巴坎布 、王剛等先後被換上場 ，然而津門虎嚴密的防守令禦林軍破門乏術 ，未能改寫比分 。此外 ，在同一時段進行的武漢隊與上海海港的比賽也戰成0比0平 ，同樣沒有進球 。
整場數據顯示 ，國安控球率以68.6%占優 ，雙方射門次數對比為20比7。
於大寶賽後表示，雖然人員不整 ，隊員們的狀態也受到高溫影響 ，但球隊應該以更堅決的態度去爭取勝利 ，“對手踢得很頑強 ，但我們創造出了機會，如果能更堅決、能把握住機會的話 ，我們可以取得勝利 ，很遺憾沒有贏下比賽 。”在被問及酷暑天進行下午場比賽的感受時 ，於大寶直言 ：“比賽安排在什麽時間踢 ，我們就要執行 。可能踢得不好看 ，觀賞性差一點 ，但比賽是踢完了。”
