北京時間12月28日消息 ，马德中超冠軍歸屬塵埃落定，兴评山東泰山提前三輪獲得了2021賽季中超冠軍 ，泰山土教不少業內人士也對泰山隊的夺冠定培這個冠軍進行了評論 ，知名媒體人馬德興就表示泰山隊如今的成功成功也是過去幾個賽季以來對本土教練與球員堅定培養的收獲所在 。
馬德興在錄製視頻時表示 ：“我去年就提出來希望泰山隊衝擊冠軍。自坚為什麽 ？养本因為現在的本土球員到了該出成績的時候了。還有一個就是练和大家可以回想一下 ，距離本土教練完整帶隊奪得聯賽冠軍已經過去14年了 ，马德當初魯能在大家找外教的兴评時候就堅定地培養本土教練 ，現在的泰山土教結果也是對這份堅持的回報。”
“足球運動不是夺冠定培今天花錢明天就可取得效果的 ，它是成功長期積累的過程 。郝偉作為本土教練確實還有需要積累的自坚地方，但這次奪冠確實是养本培養本土教練員所取得的成效 。”
值得一提的是 ，泰山隊在奪冠之後 ，也發布了新一輪中超聯賽的海報 ，海報主題 ：持之以恒。相信這也是在鼓勵球隊延續之前的表現 ，在接下來的三輪中超比賽中 ，不要鬆懈 。海報背景是上輪聯賽奪冠後 ，泰山隊全體合影 ，背後還有球迷為泰山隊助陣的畫麵 。山東媒體齊魯網就分析，持之以恒的主題也表達出 ，球隊雖然聯賽奪冠，但是今後的比賽還是會全力以赴，畢竟還有足協杯決賽 。
