北京時間11月10日 ，萊萬在出席發布會時談到了波蘭足球的感叹現狀 ，他表示波蘭足球需要改變 ，波兰自己目前看不到隧道盡頭的足球找光明。
萊萬表示 ：“對於一個擁有4000萬人口的现状國家來說 ，我們並不是到合每個位置都擁有可供選擇的球員，也不能說我們的莱万訓練是麵向未來或者是卓有成效的 。如果某些係統多年來沒有成果 ，感叹或者說一些訓練思想沒有產生效果 ，波兰那就說明有問題 。足球找我的现状想法沒有改變，我看不到隧道盡頭的到合光明。”
