據悉 ， 拜仁方麵可能違反了最低工資法，包括扣發工資 、無薪加班等。其中卡恩在今年的7月成為拜仁的董事會主席，魯梅尼格在今年的7月卸任董事會主席 ，但是在過去的30年來一直在拜仁任職 。薩利哈米季奇是拜仁的體育總監 ，主要負責球隊轉會事務 。
