經雙方友好協商 ，布蒿蒿俊閔正式轉會加盟武漢足球俱樂部 。俊闵加盟時隔20年之後 ，时隔“三哥”蒿俊閔回歸家鄉 ，年游將繼續為武漢足球發光發熱 ，武汉奉獻自己的队官全部力量 。歡迎蒿俊閔回家 ，布蒿與我們並肩為武漢而戰 ！俊闵加盟

1993年 ，时隔年僅6歲的年游蒿俊閔便入選武漢市萬鬆園路小學足球隊，1998年 ，武汉小學畢業的队官蒿俊閔進入了武漢市足球學校。2002年 ，布蒿蒿俊閔以業餘球員的身份被選入天津泰達梯隊 ，一年之後 ，他遠赴英超切爾西隊試訓 ，回國後進入了天津泰達一線隊 。2005年，18歲的蒿俊閔開始在天津泰達隊占據主力位置 ，並獲得中超聯賽最佳新秀獎 。蒿俊閔為天津泰達隊效力至2009賽季 ，期間各項賽事出場146次 。
蒿俊閔在國際賽場上的優異表現讓他受到了來自歐洲的關注 ，2010年2月 ，德甲沙爾克04俱樂部宣布蒿俊閔正式加盟球隊 ，他也成為第三位登陸德甲的中國球員 。在一年半的留洋生涯中 ，蒿俊閔為沙爾克04隊出戰19場 ，並隨隊獲得了09/10賽季德甲亞軍及10/11賽季德國杯冠軍 。
2011年7月 ，蒿俊閔結束留洋生涯，來到了職業生涯的第三站——山東魯能 ，開啟了第一段整整十年的“橙色”生涯 。在這十個賽季中 ，蒿俊閔逐漸成為了球隊隊長 ，憑借優秀的球技和謙遜低調的品格收獲了眾多球迷的喜愛 。雖然曾經受到傷病影響 ，場上位置也得到變化，但蒿俊閔為山東魯能隊兢兢業業地奉獻了大部分的青春時光，各項賽事共為球隊出場278次，隨隊獲得一次中超聯賽亞軍及兩座足協杯冠軍獎杯 。
從江城少年到白衣馳騁，從征戰歐陸再到巍巍泰山 ，現在 ，蒿俊閔回到自己的家鄉，回到了夢開始的地方 。在這座城裏 ，屬於蒿俊閔的“橙色”之旅還將繼續 ，感謝山東泰山足球俱樂部對蒿俊閔的悉心培養 ，感謝各位山東球迷一直以來對他的支持 ，我們一起期待和見證“三哥”接下來的傳奇生涯 ！
