律師張冰曬出的签约聊天記錄截圖中，他表示如果明天球員將簽約海外俱樂部 ，海外若無法裁定自由身 ，戴伟將向FIFA申請國際臨時轉會 。浚代截图俱乐他還表示球員自始至終力爭自由身就是理律為了去歐洲踢球 。
此前有傳言稱上海海港將簽下戴偉浚，师晒該律師則表示 ，签约球員從開始爭取自由身就是海外希望去歐洲踢球 。
