羊城晚報訊 記者柴智報道 ：在武磊順利歸隊後 ，国足備戰世界杯預選賽亞洲區12強賽的两大利亚中國男足集結完畢 ，將有5天時間適應多哈的主力组队天氣和磨合技戰術 。而澳大利亞主帥阿諾德直到昨天才公布前兩場12強賽的伤愈实力27人名單 ，隊長萊基此前已確定缺席 ，仓促澳超聯賽球員隻有悉尼FC後衛格蘭特入選 。打折
在抵達多哈的国足首次訓練課上 ，郭田雨和王秋明因傷隻能在場邊慢跑 ，两大利亚而李磊和池忠國均已傷愈恢複訓練 。主力组队在經曆入籍國腳李可 、伤愈实力費南多傷缺和鄭錚因家事請假缺席後，仓促主帥李鐵總算迎來了一個好消息 。打折畢竟李磊在裏皮執教時期就成為主力左閘 ，国足而池忠國則是两大利亚後腰位置的關鍵人選 ，尤其前12強賽兩戰麵對實力強勁的主力组队澳大利亞隊和日本隊，防守屏障的重要性不言而喻 。
雖然最晚歸隊 ，但武磊在訓練中全情投入，“上一次打完國家隊返回俱樂部時剛好是非常關鍵的夏訓期 ，自己的體能儲備有所保障 。每一次回到國家隊都非常興奮 ，也很期待”。武磊認為 ，由於國家隊6月在阿聯酋的沙迦踢了世預賽40強賽，目前隊伍能更好地適應多哈的天氣 ，而澳大利亞則是倉促組隊，麵臨的挑戰也更大 。
澳大利亞隊大名單姍姍來遲 ，因國內防疫要求和澳超俱樂部拒絕放人 ，隻有悉尼FC後衛格蘭特獲得征召 ，3名新人首次入選 。缺席40強賽的上海海港中場莫伊、凱爾特人中場羅吉奇和桑德蘭後衛貝利·賴特回歸 ，接受半月板手術的皇家社會門將馬修·瑞恩也傷愈歸來 。
澳大利亞隊中後場基本是最強陣，隻有布雷西亞後衛卡拉契奇因傷落選 。但在進攻端 ，萊基曾代表國家隊出場65次攻入13球 ，墨爾本城中鋒麥克拉倫18次出戰國際比賽打入6球 ，上季澳超以23戰22球4次助攻的完美數據摘得金靴；現役國家隊第一射手與本土聯賽金靴雙雙缺席 ，國足的防守壓力應有所減輕 。
阿諾德對心儀的澳超球員未能入選表示遺憾 ，但同時強調 ：“我相信能取得完美開局 ，我們的每個位置至少有兩名關鍵的球員可用 。他們遍布歐洲 、亞洲等俱樂部 ，擁有著豐富的經驗 。”
澳大利亞國腳日內在多哈集結 。由於大部分球員周末均有聯賽任務 ，抵達多哈後需在下榻酒店進行至少12小時的隔離觀察 ，核酸檢測結果通過後才能訓練 ，意味著在多哈的第一次訓練最快也要到明日 。
