北京時間3月3日 ，功勋挂靴上海申花舉行了媒體開放日 ，门将门以吳金貴為首的李帅申花教練班子全新亮相。值得一提的正式是 ，老門將李帥也出現在教練組當中 。退役隊內人士透露 ，新赛新賽季李帥已經正式退役 ，季出教练將作為守門員教練 ，任申充實到申花隊的花守教練組當中 。
1982年出生的功勋挂靴李帥今年已經年滿40歲 ，2016年賽季轉會申花，门将门已經為申花效力6個賽季 ，李帅為申花奪取足協杯冠軍立下了汗馬功勞。正式因為年事已高 ，退役此前李帥多次曾經考慮退役 ，新赛但因為門將位置上缺少老將壓陣 ，退役的時間也一再拖後 。本賽季李帥正式掛靴 ，成為申花隊的守門員教練 ，接下來他將直接開始負責調教自己昔日隊友曾誠和馬鎮 。
3日的訓練與隊員身穿粉紅色訓練服不同，李帥已經穿上了藍色的訓練服，與教練組和工作人員的隊服顏色相同 ，訓練開始前 ，吳金貴專門將李成銘 、毛毅軍、李帥等人叫到場地一角 ，布置了當天的訓練內容 。隊內人士介紹，李帥正式掛靴，本賽季不會再兼任球隊的替補門將。
目前申花隊的守門員教練位置恰好出現了人員真空 ，上賽季崔康熙教練組離隊之後 ，守門員教練一度由沈俊擔任 ，本賽季李帥擔任守門員教練 ，正好可以填補這一空缺 。（搜狐體育 裴力）
