2021中國足協杯決賽1月9日晚在成都鳳凰山公園專用足球場舉行 ，海港贺泰山東泰山憑借賈德鬆的主教進球，1-0戰勝海港隊 ，练祝贏得本賽季雙冠王 。山夺
賽後海港主帥萊科表示 ：“祝賀我們的冠对對手 ，取得足協杯冠軍 ，比赛不满對手更有運氣 ，结果機會出現的海港贺泰時候 ，機會把握住了 ，主教大賽的练祝決賽就是這樣，我們機會出現沒有把握住 。山夺我們的冠对隊員盡力了 ，我也沒有辦法要求更多 ，比赛不满但沒有奪冠還是结果痛心的 ，對手是海港贺泰最好的球隊 ，我們是第二好的球隊 ，希望明年能夠做得更好 。”
談到比賽的策略 ，萊科表示 ：“我們的策略就是限製對手的優勢 ，發揮出最好的自己 ，我覺得我的隊員已經踢出了所有 ，我之所以不滿意 ，是因為每個人都想要當第一名 ，我們也接受山東是更好的球隊，我們接下來要分析球隊 ，希望明年能做得更好。”
在被問到球隊傷病是否是阻礙球隊的最大困難時，萊科表示：“我可以找很多借口和理由 ，為什麽沒有取得冠軍，但我不是這種類型的人 ，隻要球隊盡力了 ，哪怕最後失敗了 ，我們也能接受這樣一個事實，賽季中我們遭遇了很多傷病 ，包括外援不足 ，但我不想在賽後談論其他的東西 ，我們努力了 ，但是還不夠 ，抬起頭來 ，接受這樣一個現實 。”
對於目前這支海港隊哪些位置需要人員加強和補充時 ，萊科表示：“目前還不是談論合格事情的時候 ，我隻能讓現有陣容發揮最好 ，把現有球員練好 ，俱樂部方麵有相關的人士 ，去對這些問題進行評估和分析 ，希望明年能做得更好 。”（搜狐體育 裴力）
