聲明內容 ：
5月17日 ，题无互聯網上出現山東女足原助理教練崔肖佳反映有關問題 。山东事实對此 ，足管中心支撑我中心發表鄭重聲明如下 ：
一、侵吞關於崔肖佳反映“侵吞獎金”問題
經調查核實 ，奖金举报我單位與崔肖佳簽訂的该问十四屆全運會合同中無此內容，該問題也未獲得事實支撐 。题无
二 、山东事实關於崔肖佳反映拖欠工資問題
我中心本著盡快、足管中心支撑妥善解決的侵吞態度，多次與崔肖佳對接協商 。其中 ，2021年10月 、11月薪資已按約定執行完畢。2021年12月至2022年2月薪資問題 ，因雙方未達成一致 ，故暫時無法執行 。
三、崔肖佳等教練員為山東女足發展做出了積極努力 ，我中心於2月向其遞送了感謝信 。對雙方存在異議問題 ，我中心將本著實事求的原則積極協商尋求解決。如無法協商解決 ，則訴諸法律途徑 ，依照判決執行 。
四 、對任何不尊重事實 ，損害我單位形象的行為 ，我們將堅決依法抵製 。
感謝社會各界 、廣大球迷對山東足球的關注和支持。
