有一部分人們在拔牙後反而出現鄰牙鬆動的拔牙現象 ，這不是后邻一個正常的反應 ，可能是牙松由於拔牙的時候損傷到自己健康的牙齒而導致 ，必須要立即投入治療，动正千萬不要再去使用這顆牙齒咀嚼 ，拔牙防止在咀嚼的后邻時候讓牙齒鬆動變得更加嚴重 ，直接導致牙齒脫落 ，牙松這樣就是动正沒有辦法再去做修複的治療 。

中度感染 ：出現幾率10%
拔智齒之後出現明顯的拔牙麵部腫脹和劇烈的疼痛不算意外 。隻要一天比一天輕就一般沒事 。后邻可以加大消炎藥的牙松劑量甚至輸液幾天。可以適當休息一兩天 。动正如果第三天之後還沒有一天比一天輕甚至加重請及時回去看醫生 。拔牙
重度感染 ：出現幾率 3%
拔智齒之後出現嚴重的后邻腫脹 ，劇烈的牙松疼痛 ，張嘴受到限製 ，這個時候您必須請醫生處理。
出血
拔牙以後24小時之內都是有血絲滲出的 。80%的患者在第二天早晨可以停止出血 。出血量稍多的可以口服雲南白藥（血栓 ，心梗等患者禁用 ！！）出血量很多的要回去請醫生處理 。現在的麻醉劑中一般配有止血劑 ，出血會比較少 ，一般老年人凝血功能較差 ，難以止血的概率略增 。

拔斷牙根
這個問題我要特殊的提一下 ，如果您的牙齒沒有發炎過 。而剩下的牙根不足牙根總長度的三分之一的時候 。不一定非要把它弄出來 。
如果不好弄就不要弄了。強行把它拔出來比留它不拔的損傷更大 ！ ！
它可以自行吸收。

打麻藥的時候出現不能閉眼和局部迅速的腫脹。

出現幾率 ：不足3%.
請相信 ，這不是醫療事故 。是一個意外 。不會產生任何的後遺症 。
不能閉眼在麻藥作用消退後可以自行恢複 ，大約在2--3小時之內 。
局部的腫脹一般會在兩周左右完全恢複正常。期間一般局部的皮膚經過紅--暗紅---黃---正常 。這樣的一個演變過程 。
同意書還有很多的條文：什麽軟組織損傷 ，什麽牙槽骨損傷 ，什麽口腔上頜竇交通 ，還有患者朋友最擔心的感染乙肝，感染艾滋病等等 ，這些不是不可能的 。不過可能性極小極小 。
