2021年3月11日 ，中超據《足球報》報道，河北韩国韓國籍主教練金鍾夫將帶領六人團隊執教河北隊 ，队将队人多目前包括金鍾夫在內的聘请三名核心教練人員已經抵達中國 ，並開始了醫學隔離。金钟脚教練組另外三人的夫出來華行程也在規劃之內 ，近期將陸續抵達 。任主此外 ，帅团教練組由助理教練 、前国守門員教練 、中超技術分析等組成 ，河北韩国其中多人都曾是队将队人多韓國國腳 。
足球報記者李璿在個人微博上介紹了河北隊選帥的聘请最新進展：“第一 ，韓國籍主教練金鍾夫曾在2017年率領韓國慶南FC以K2聯賽冠軍的金钟脚身份衝上K聯賽 ，並在2018年以K聯賽亞軍的夫出戰績衝進亞冠 ，被業內譽為“神奇教練” 。慚愧的是，我對這位教練還缺乏了解 ，還得多掌握一下 。
第二，金鍾夫將帶領6人團隊執教河北隊 ，目前包括金鍾夫在內的三名核心教練人員已經抵達中國 ，並開始了醫學隔離。
第三，教練組另外三人的來華行程也在規劃之內 ，近期將陸續抵達 。
第四 ，教練組由助理教練、守門員教練、技術分析等組成 ，其中多人都曾是韓國國腳 ，其中還不乏征戰過1998法國世界杯的主力球員 ，退役後曾在韓國國內多家俱樂部執教 ，經驗豐富。可以說 ，金鍾夫將他在慶南FC取得輝煌戰績時的核心團隊都帶到了河北 。”
