為備戰2023年U20亞洲杯（原亞青賽）預選賽 ，由外籍教練安東尼奧掛帥的集结即将季中激烈2003年齡段中國U19國足（國青隊）計劃將於5月10日至28日在海口市進行本年度第2期集訓 。包括效力於瑞士蘇黎世草蜢俱樂部的参加賈博琰在內 ，共有31名球員參加本期集訓 ，新赛人數較上期集訓的乙球员间24人多了7人 。由於這支球隊即將參加新賽季中乙聯賽 ，国青格外因此接下來隊內球員間的集结即将季中激烈競爭將格外激烈 。
受疫情影響 ，参加原計劃在上海市進行的新赛U19國青隊本年度首期集訓改在了海口市進行 。集訓時間也由原定3月14日至4月5日 ，乙球员间延至3月31日至4月22日進行。国青格外考慮到U19國青隊備戰U20亞洲杯預賽任務的集结即将季中激烈重大 ，中國足協經與中足聯籌備組等各有關方麵溝通後 ，参加確認安排U19國青隊參加本賽季中乙聯賽 ，新赛從而滿足球隊實戰練兵之需 。乙球员间而在此之前 ，2001年齡段U21國青隊（巴黎奧運會適齡球隊）也曾參加過過去兩個賽季的中乙聯賽 ，鍛煉價值顯而易見 。
時至今日 ，新賽季3級國內職業聯賽的開賽時間表還沒有最終確認。在這種情況下，為確保球隊備戰質量 ，U19國青隊教練組決定近期組織全隊參加本年度第2期集訓 。出於防疫等因素考慮 ，訓練地點仍安排在海口市觀瀾湖足球基地 。
與上期集訓一樣 ，領隊邵佳一 、前國腳杜震宇及外籍教練弗萊迪 、托莫（守門員教練）分別作為助理教練輔佐主帥安東尼奧 。而前國腳楊智 、黃博文 、張辛昕 、陸峰、劉成等人則以訓練員身份參與球隊執教工作 。
共有31名球員入選本期U19國青隊集訓陣容 ，其中就包括效力於瑞士草蜢俱樂部的賈博琰。能夠看出，教練組對本期集訓以及接下來的中乙聯賽格外重視 。
