前兩場比賽我們沒有拿到理想的都有点压分數，從這一階段的疏导訓練來看 ，球員們和教練組都是工作有點壓力的 。希望明天的李霄力周比賽大家能夠輕裝上陣 ，奉獻一場精彩的鹏球比賽 。

這一周做了針對性的员和訓練 ，球隊在心理和身體上都做好了準備 。教练明天的都有点压比賽希望我們能踢出自己的東西 ，爭取一個好的疏导結果 。
問 ：麵對前兩場結束後的工作壓力 ，對球隊做了什麽疏導 ？李霄力周明天是否可以收獲一場勝利 ？
李霄鵬 ：這周我們和隊員溝通非常多 ，我覺得首先我們具備決心和信心，但是缺乏一點耐心。比賽的勝負是很多因素決定的 ，但是最重要的一點是球隊要有耐心。去年球隊是在一個漩渦中掙紮出來 ，現在隊員都非常想要證明自己，在場上稍許表現急躁 ，這也是在正常範圍之內 ，所以這周主要是做疏導工作。
問 ：武漢隊的訓練場地隱蔽性不太夠 ，對秘密的戰術製定安排有困擾嗎 ？
李霄鵬：兩輪比賽之後球隊應該沒有什麽秘密了 ，所有的中超球隊都一樣 ，每場比賽後都會研究分析對手 。至於特殊情況下 ，我們的訓練也有特殊的安排 ，也不會過早固定主力陣容 。
問 ：請問外援卡裏索的情況如何 ，什麽時候可以複出 ？
李霄鵬 ：還比較樂觀 ，一開始是認為他需要休養4周 ，但現在他可以快速跑動了 ，我想情況良好的話 ，再有1周左右時間他就可以跟隊訓練。
