2021中國足協杯決賽1月9日晚在成都鳳凰山公園專用足球場舉行，郝伟山東泰山憑借賈德鬆的执掌阵型進球 ，1-0戰勝海港隊，大牌队需贏得本賽季雙冠王 。球队賽後郝偉走進發布會會場時 ，需信贏得了媒體記者的念强一片掌聲 。
郝偉表示：“感謝球迷，不同很多球迷在場外給我們加油 ，郝伟這麽冷的执掌阵型天，我們所有的大牌队需努力都屬於他們 ，感謝球員和領導，球队特別是需信球員對於我的寬容 ，我有時候過於嚴厲 ，念强不管如何 ，不同結果是郝伟好的 ，最後是感謝家人對於我的支持 。”
“冠軍屬於我的團隊 ，不僅僅是屬於我個人”，郝偉表示 ：“他們每一天的努力付出，才有了今天的結果 。今後我的團隊還需要更多的去努力 ，去學習，希望未來能做得更好 。”
對於如何執掌大牌球隊 ，郝偉表示 ：“不需要掌控 ，首先是一種信念，一種共同的目標 ，大家自然而然會走到一起 。”
談及本場比賽的陣容調整 ，郝偉表示 ：“上半場和下半場采取了不同的陣型 ，現在的比賽，可能不允許一個陣型踢滿90分鍾 ，不同的人員變化 ，需要不同的陣容去適應。接下來我個人最希望的還是回家去休息幾天 。”（搜狐體育 裴力）
