在巴薩這次降薪談判中 ，拉波爾塔隻專注於要求隊長們降薪 ，這也引發了這三人的不滿 。烏姆蒂蒂 、皮亞尼奇之類混日子的人還沒被清洗 ，稅後年薪2600萬歐元的格列茲曼也還沒與巴薩開啟降薪談判 。高層目前隻與隊長們進行降薪談判，也是利用他們的責任感進行道德綁架 。
