足協杯賽場即將上演雙“橙”記 。隨著泰山隊3:0戰勝青島青春島,战旧主李正名之战武漢4:0大勝青島隊,山東泰山與武漢隊正式會師足協杯第三輪 。毫無疑問,霄鹏作為泰山隊新 、老主帥,郝伟郝偉與李霄鵬的正麵交鋒,將是這場比賽最大的看點 。
郝偉與李霄鵬再熟悉不過 。必须本领郝偉曾表示,拿出兩人自1989年年底組隊的時候,就在一起踢球 。當時,鲁媒李霄鵬出任邊前衛,郝偉出任邊後衛。“我們生活中和工作上,战旧主李正名之战都是相互理解和諒解,共同把工作做好 。”郝偉曾在接受采訪時說。霄鹏

2020年10月5日,战旧主李正名之战山東泰山宣布李霄鵬因身體原因不再擔任主教練一職。此時,霄鹏郝偉毫無意外地成了李霄鵬的繼任者 。這正是因為,郝偉與李霄鵬之間十分熟悉,兩人技戰術打法也有相似之處 。當時有人評價,郝偉擔任主教練,是一次完美的“無縫銜接” 。
一起踢球、一起共事之外,兩位主帥在國字號隊伍裏也有著相似經曆 。2010年8月,李霄鵬成為中國女足代理主教練,並於2011年9月辭職 。4個月後,郝偉成為女足代理主帥 。
以上種種,都顯示出了二人的相似之處。具體到戰術上,兩位主帥都擅長長傳衝吊 。無論是郝偉時期還是李霄鵬時期,高舉高打 、長傳衝吊,都是泰山隊終結比賽的利器。即使本賽季佩萊已經不在陣中,郝偉依然喜歡將費萊尼頂在中鋒位置,尋找進攻機會 。
相似的兩名主帥,在本賽季的境遇卻各不相同 。在中超豪門紛紛陷入困境的當下,泰山隊繼續穩紮穩打,目前高居廣州賽區頭名,目標直指聯賽冠軍；武漢卓爾則排在蘇州賽區第6位,將為保級而戰 。由於成績不符預期,李霄鵬也遭到了武漢球迷的質疑 。
毫無疑問,本場比賽將是李霄鵬的一次正名之戰 。可以說,泰山隊現有的陣容以及戰術打法,有很多是李霄鵬帶到球隊中的。麵對再熟悉不過的老東家,李霄鵬必定會做好萬全的準備,以一場漂亮的比賽回應外界的質疑 。與此同時,郝偉也必須要拿出點看家本領,以防自己的部署被輕易化解 。
