說起“Steam賬號”，急坏解锁喜歡網絡遊戲的内马網友和球迷應該並不陌生 。而內馬爾則也是尔游出了名的“網癮少年” 。他是戏账FPS類遊戲的忠實愛好者 ，不僅經常直播遊戲 ，号被過往還參加過相關的封社邀請賽事 。在2018年俄羅斯世界杯上，声求內馬爾就曾被曝光世界杯期間通宵打《絕地求生》並曬吃雞視頻 。之後，為了慶祝巴西晉級八強 ，內馬爾還帶頭組團開黑玩CSGO。事後 ，不少媒體認為巴西最終無緣四強，內馬爾“沉迷網遊”也是原因之一……
此番內馬爾再次自曝Steam賬號被封 ，不少網友評論稱 ，“這可能是內少實錘開掛” 。內馬爾在推特發文@了steam遊戲平台 ，他表示自己的賬戶出現了問題 ，希望得到幫助 。內馬爾表示 ，“Steam ！回我郵件……我想拿回我的賬戶 ，請幫幫我！”
同時 ，對於內馬爾賬號被鎖Steam官方暫時並沒有給出具體的回複 。此前 ，內馬爾也曾因為賬號被封通過個人媒體Steam平台施加壓力 。當時，內馬爾給出的申訴內容是在購買遊戲的時候發現了自己賬號的異常狀態 。而Steam在檢查之後並未發現內馬爾賬號被封的原因 ，不久之後 ，內馬爾的賬戶就被解凍了 。
