北京時間12月11日下午，2021中超聯賽第15輪賽前，雄狮滄州雄獅主教練薩布利奇攜隊員邵鏷亮出席了新聞發布會 。主帅
一開始 ，同组薩布利奇和邵鏷亮都簡單的手都闡述了球隊的備戰情況 。薩布利奇說道：“感謝大家關心 ，有实已我們對第二階段的力们備戰一直在正常進行 。受疫情影響，好准今年賽製和以往不同 ，沧州相信我們已經做好準備 ，雄狮期待能拿到好的主帅成績 。”
邵鏷亮表示：“在教練的同组帶領下球隊備戰情況不錯 ，大家都很期待比賽，手都相信會取得好的有实已結果 。”
當被問及麵對殘酷的力们保級比賽，球隊的心理疏導工作做得如何時 ，薩布利奇回答道 ：“當然後麵的比賽會很艱難 ，我也在經常和隊員們溝通 ，討論比賽時該怎麽做 。我認同媒體的觀點 ，心理層麵對球員十分重要，我們會做好準備 ，隻有在各個層麵都準備好才能拿到好成績 。”
隨後有媒體談到了滄州雄獅的熱身賽表現 ，覺得球隊的熱身賽表現不錯，在保級之外是否有更高目標？
薩布利奇表示 ：“我們準備的很充分 ，大家都在全力以赴 ，做好自己 ，對於球員在友誼賽的表現我很滿意。現在還不能說太長遠的事情，但我們已經準備好了 ，在聯賽最後我們會根據積分情況考慮是否還有別的目標 。”
另外，薩布利奇也談到了穆裏奇和艾哈邁多夫缺陣對球隊的影響，“我們要盡全力彌補兩人的缺陣 ，我們擁有很多優秀的球員 ，陣容厚度也不錯 ，相信他們能夠做到 。”
明晚 ，滄州雄獅將迎來和武漢隊的比賽 ，而武漢隊也是剛換了主帥 ，有媒體問道 ：“帶隊的第一場比賽，對手也在賽前更換了主教練，本場比賽會采用何種心態打法 ？”
對此，薩布利奇表示：“第一場比賽對手實力很強 ，同組的對手都很有實力 ，我們要全力爭取每場比賽的勝利，相信球隊會取得好的成績 。”
由於疫情影響 ，賽區目前不對球迷開放 ，薩布利奇也談到了這一話題 ：“很遺憾無法在球迷麵前比賽 ，我們的工作就是讓大家享受比賽，希望大家知道我們會全力以赴 ，相信大家會對最後的成果感到滿意。”
