北京時間8月27日 ，曝切據外媒爆料 ，尔西切爾西已經與萊斯特城就福法納的挖狐卫转轉會達成了口頭協議 。據悉 ，狸城這筆交易價值8250萬歐+浮動獎金，悍将会费《隊報》表示 ，将刷纪录福法納會打破中後衛的新中轉會費紀錄。
目前 ，曝切世界中後衛的尔西轉會紀錄由曼聯後衛馬奎爾保持 ，2019年他以8700萬歐的挖狐卫转轉會費從萊斯特城加盟紅魔 ，而此次福法納的狸城轉會總額將會超過這個價格 。
福法納現年21歲 ，悍将会费法國中衛 。将刷纪录2020年 ，新中福法納由聖埃蒂安轉會萊斯特城 ，曝切轉會費為3500萬歐 。今夏 ，切爾西後防多位主力離隊，球隊在聯賽開局不佳，新老板伯利希望通過轉會來扭轉局麵。
