原料:碴子,馇炒:1.把碴子從袋子裏拿出來,燒開水,把碴子燙下,把一坨一坨的攪開,放在涼水中過一下,撈出瀝幹,備用2.裏脊 。
3.鍋熱油,下點蔥末爆鍋,放肉絲,炒變色,倒入剩下的蔥薑蒜辣椒末,倒醬油,把碴子放進去翻炒 4.把韭菜倒進去翻炒,放鹽,雞精即可 囉嗦兩句:老媽說炒碴 。
用料 西紅柿一個苦菊 適量胡蘿卜 適量洋蔥 適量其他想吃的任何蔬菜都可以加到裏麵 隻要你開心啦 做法 碴條提前一晚泡水 (麵條就不用了)先把碴條或者說麵 。

步驟 1 鍋裏放水沒過粉絲,開火煮。 同時把青椒切絲,馇炒白菜切小段,火腿切片 。 步驟 2 水開後把粉絲撈出(這樣比較有嚼勁,馇炒喜歡軟軟的口感可多煮一會)起鍋不放油 。
沸水入碴子,再次小沸騰撈出,備用,如果煮時間長,不太影響口感,但容易斷,看個人喜好 然後放韭菜,放入適當口味的調料,炒半軟,放入蜆子肉和臘腸,翻炒兩下 。
我們開水燙一下撈出來,放油加熱放點肉絲翻炒放蔥薑末醬油把碴條放鍋裏翻炒即可
切幾刀韭菜 。油熱了,馇炒放蔥薑蒜熗鍋,下餎餷快速翻炒 。加鹽,馇炒放少許生抽,放入韭菜,翻炒均勻出鍋裝盤 。
炒玉米糝 用料 玉米糝 200g 水 適量 土豆絲 若幹 枸杞 6到8顆 青菜 少許 鹽 若幹 香油 少許 泡菜 最好加一點 五香粉 少許 炒玉米糝的做法 熬粥,一定要比較稠 。
1 、馇炒餷子清水洗淨 。
2 、沸水焯透 。
3、韭菜洗淨 ，切段 。
4、蜆子煮熟 。
5 、蔥切碎 ，薑切絲 。
6 、鍋中放底油 ，加蔥 、薑爆鍋 。
7 、加入餷子，倒入適量五香粉 。
8 、加老抽，翻炒 ，使上色均勻 。
9 、加入鹽，翻炒 。
10 、倒入韭菜段 。
11 、出鍋前倒入黃蜆子肉 ，翻炒幾下 。
12 、裝盤即可食用。
