北京時間3月10日消息 ，今年年初發文告別廣州隊的脚梅竞技前國腳梅方 ，今天正式發文宣布退役 ，布退結束自己的役膝球員生涯 。
以下為梅方的伤让水平退役感言 ：
“對我來說 ，2014.6.18是无法一個無比重要而光榮的日子 ，那也是到过一個實現兒時夢想的夜晚 。那是前国去我第一次身穿國家隊球衣站在球場上 ，聽到國歌聲響起時 ，脚梅竞技緊張又有壓力 。布退時間總是役膝過得那麽快 ，一轉眼就是伤让水平8年時間 。在這段時間裏 ，无法很榮幸也很驕傲 ，到过我一直都在國家隊的前国去考察範圍之中。
不過 ，告別的時刻終究還是到了 。膝關節的損傷讓我無法再回到過去的競技水平和心理狀態 ，我也不得不向國家隊 、向我的球員生涯告別 。感謝足協 、感謝國家隊 ，給了我一份溫暖而意義非凡的禮物 。感謝曾經一起奮戰的每一位國家隊教練、球員、醫生 、工作人員 ，感謝你們對我的信任 、支持和幫助。”
“如果相遇是離別的開始 ，那麽離別就是為了下一次相遇做準備 。球員生涯將告一段落 ，接下來的時間 ，我希望能通過不斷的理論學習和實踐積累 ，一步一步完成所有的教練員學習課程 ，踏踏實實走上教練員之路 ，也希望未來能繼續為中國足球事業貢獻一份力量 。”
“最後，還是想說出心底那份最真摯的祝福願我們的國家隊走出低穀 ，一步一個腳印地向更好的方向前進 。”
