英格蘭足壇目前禁止球迷們在球場看台上飲酒 ，英媒不過這條持續了36年的年禁能边禁令有望被取消 ，未來英國球迷們將能夠在看台上一邊觀看比賽一邊喝酒 。酒令

事實上歐洲其他國家的聯賽允許球迷們在看台上飲酒 ，而英國國內的板球 、橄欖球等其他運動比賽期間也允許球迷們在看台上飲酒 ，目前隻有英國職業足球比賽有禁酒令。特蕾西-克勞奇接著說 ：“我們的確遇到了這種奇怪的狀況 ，你可以作為一名板球球迷在海丁利球場喝酒，但你作為一名足球球迷卻不能在埃蘭路球場喝酒 。”
