針對足協杯半決賽首回合 ，申花申诉思申花1比5不敵海港的正式足协比賽中出現的三處判罰，上海申花俱樂部向中國足協提出申訴。提出在申訴書的分钟最後這樣寫道 ：
“這場比賽中在短短四分鍾之內，當值裁判員連續出現了兩次非常關鍵的两次錯漏判 ，人為地導致了我隊不僅失去了縮小比分差距的关键可能 ，還造成了雙方分差的错漏陈主進一步擴大，也使得後來球員們的判请心態被影響、情緒和矛盾被激化 。席和
在2021年的申花申诉思中超聯賽中幾場關鍵戰和焦點戰中 ，我隊已經屢次遭遇到裁判員雙重標準的正式足协判罰幹擾 ，球隊因此無奈地失去了進入爭冠組的提出資格 ，俱樂部形象和投資人的分钟利益均受到巨大的無法挽回的損失 。我們也就這些問題向貴協會進行過數次申訴 ，两次其中包括在聯賽與上港隊的关键比賽中有效進球被吹掉 ，聯賽管理部門已兩次正式向我俱樂部承認錯誤並致歉。但讓人無法容忍和心寒不已的是，這種極為明顯和足以左右比賽走勢的錯漏判問題在中國足協杯的關鍵場次中卻再一次出現 。
我們根本不指望中國足協會在一個賽季中第三次認錯並致歉,你們可以冠冕堂皇地說莫雷諾被推倒不構成犯規，但比較一下海港隊這一路走來獲得的數個點球，這球不犯規？你們可以說孫世林那個球奧斯卡不構成犯規，但比較我們聯賽德比中被吹掉的關鍵進球，這球不應果斷吹停 ？你們可以指責處罰孫世林最後時刻的不冷靜 ，但比較一下挑起事端的天價外援奧斯卡的惡劣行為 ，誰更應受到譴責和追加處罰?
公平正義是中國特色社會主義的內在要求 。公平競賽也是足球運動的生命源泉 。試想一下 ，在競爭激烈的足球賽場 ，有幾個俱樂部經得起一而再再而三的不公正對待。在中國足球處於內外交困的危急時刻 ，更需要給投資人和廣大從業人員以信心 ，更需要為大家創造一個良好的公平投資從業環境 。
請陳主席和中國足協領導三思 。
