北京時間7月9日 ，阿森據知名記者羅馬諾消息稱，纳万阿森納與安德萊赫特就洛孔加的欧敲轉會達成協議 ，固定轉會費1750萬歐元，定今外加浮動獎金 ，夏首最終的签比費用可能在2100萬歐元左右 。這將是妖星阿森納在今年夏季轉會窗口的第一筆引援 。
現年21歲的加盟即洛孔加司職中場 ，出道於比利時豪門安德萊赫特青訓 ，阿森2017-2018賽季升入安德萊赫特一線隊 。纳万2020-2021賽季 ，欧敲洛孔加各項賽事為安德萊赫特出場37次 ，定今打進3球 ，夏首助攻3次 。签比洛孔加在今年6月入選了比利時國家隊大名單 ，妖星但是還沒有在比利時國家隊獲得出場機會 。
洛孔加在安德萊赫特的出色表現吸引了英超豪門阿森納的關注 ，此前阿森納已經與洛孔加談妥了個人條款 ，雙方將簽約至2026年 。經過一番談判後 ，阿森納與安德萊赫特就洛孔加的轉會費達成一致 ，據記者羅馬諾透露，洛孔加的固定轉會費為1750萬歐元 ，外加浮動獎金，最終的轉會費可能達到2100萬歐元 ，阿森納方麵正在準備相關文件材料 。值得一提的是，洛孔加此前拒絕了兩份意大利球隊的報價 ，最終選擇加盟阿森納 。
