自接手申花以來 ，崔康主教練崔康熙一直強調球員需要自信 。熙希而在聯賽首輪戰勝北京國安之後 ，望球崔康熙以及俱樂部管理層給球員灌輸的自满 ，是骄傲絕對不能有驕傲情緒。
昨天的跟任賽前新聞發布會雖然隻有短短的幾分鍾 ，但崔康熙幾乎所有的何球講話 ，都圍繞著自信與驕傲展開 。漂亮崔康熙首先說 ，崔康“我們在第一場與國安的熙希比賽中取得了勝利 ，這讓我們球隊有更為良好的望球氛圍和自信 ，球員目前的自满心態非常好 ，但希望他們不要有自滿或者驕傲的骄傲情緒 。”
在被問及除了內部會議之外，跟任他還有什麽特別關照隊員的何球，崔康熙又一次談起了這個話題 ，“驕傲與自信是兩種不同的概念 ，球員們需要自信 ，我相信他們有自信打比賽。我也相信隊員隻要不犯低級失誤，我們跟任何球隊都可以打出漂亮足球 。”漂亮足球是崔康熙所追求的 ，去年他一而再、再而三提及 。今年冬窗期 ，在引進了吳曦 、阿德裏安 、巴索戈等強援之後，申花的進攻實力得到了很大的加強 。麵對整體實力強勁的北京國安 ，申花打出了非常不錯的進攻 。這也讓崔康熙有了底氣 ，認為可以跟任何球隊打出漂亮的比賽 。
當然 ，對於即將麵對的武漢隊 ，崔康熙也是有著非常清晰的認識的 。他反複強調這場比賽不好打 。“球員很努力地進行準備 ，武漢隊中擁有不少有能力的球員 ，這是一支不好打的球隊 。希望能夠延續勝利 ，將良好的走勢與氛圍延續下去 。”崔康熙還專門強調 ，武漢與國安是兩種完全不同風格的球隊 ，“武漢跟北京是兩種風格的球隊，這場比賽並不好打 ，我們必須要認真麵對 。”北京國安更喜歡攻出來進攻 ，而武漢是以穩守反擊為主，這就需要崔康熙設計不同的戰術 ，來麵對29日晚與武漢隊的這場對決 。
