北京時間4月30日晚 ，在西甲第34輪的瓦罗武磊一場焦點戰中 ，西班牙人客場0-4不敵皇馬，联手銀河戰艦提前4輪鎖定本賽季西甲冠軍 。西班而在賽後 ，牙人有意已开著名記者斯基拉報道，聘请判西班牙人正在醞釀換帥 ，始谈並聯係了中國球迷非常熟悉的卡纳卡納瓦羅 。
本賽季 ，瓦罗武磊重回西甲的联手西班牙人成績尚可 ，目前34輪比賽過後10勝9平15負，西班積39分排名第13位 ，牙人有意已开多賽一場領先降級區9分 ，聘请判保級壓力不大 。始谈但相比於此前打入歐聯的卡纳成績 ，西班牙人想要再進一步也很難。
據斯基拉的消息 ，西班牙人已經開始與卡納瓦羅談判 ，希望他能在下個賽季成為球隊的新主帥 。轉會專家迪馬濟奧此前就曾報道，西班牙人有意聘請卡納瓦羅 ，主席陳雁升已經進行了聯係 。而更早之前 ，卡納瓦羅還曾表示 ，自己收到了來自意大利國家隊的邀請。
