北京時間6月23日 ，官方國際米蘭俱樂部官方宣布，汗奥恰爾汗奧盧正式加盟球隊 ，卢加兰双這位27歲的盟国土耳其中場與藍黑軍團簽約至2024年6月30日。據相關媒體報道稱 ，际米恰爾汗奧盧在國米的约至年薪為500萬歐。
恰爾汗奧盧曾效力於卡爾斯魯厄 、官方漢堡 、汗奥勒沃庫森等隊 ，卢加兰双2017年夏窗 ，盟国AC米蘭花費2300萬歐元將他從勒沃庫森簽下 ，际米他共為紅黑軍團出場172次 ，约至打入32球48助攻。官方早在今年一月份 ，汗奥AC米蘭就開始和恰爾汗奧盧進行談判，卢加兰双想要與這名土耳其國腳續約，但是雙方因在薪資方麵無法達成統一意見 ，因此一直未能完成續約。據《晚郵報》消息 ，AC米蘭在最後時刻開出了匹配國米的續約合同 ，但恰爾汗奧盧已經決定以自由身加盟國米 。
