中超聯賽第二輪將迎來上海德比，海港还需6月8日晚上海申花迎戰上海海港 。主帅賽前發布會上，球队海港主教練萊科再次強調了疫情所帶來的海港还需困難 。
萊科說 ：“我們的主帅備戰不是真正意義上的備戰 ，因為疫情的球队影響，上海經曆了管控 ，海港还需球隊非常困難 ，主帅我們還需要4-5周的球队準備時間 。我們的海港还需備戰條件跟其他隊不同。當我們完成整個備戰期之後，主帅才能談比賽的球队準備工作 。”
在被問到德比大戰是海港还需否有信心拿到3分時 ，萊科表示 ：“去年我們雙方為大家貢獻了精彩的主帅比賽 ，比賽非常好看，球队不管聯賽還是足協杯 ，今年情況有變化 ，跟去年不同 ，比較遺憾這個時間段安排了德比的比賽 ，我們的近況跟去年不同 。”
對於如何應對這場德比大戰 ，萊科表示 ：“客觀存在的困難我們隻能去適應 ，爭取去改變 。我尊重所有的球員的努力和付出 ，他們的所作所為 ，包括拚搏精神 ，令人難以置信 ，他們在盡最大的努力，幫助球隊渡過難關 。很遺憾我們的備戰水平跟其他球隊不在一個水平線上 ，現在的情況下 ，我無法去討論 ，我不可能去欺騙從業者和球迷，我們已經做好了準備 ，但隻要我們上場 ，就會盡200%的努力去展現精神風貌。”
對於保利尼奧和恩迪亞耶的情況，萊科表示 ：“他們沒有完全做好準備 ，他們都需要時間 ，貿然出戰對球員身體健康會有比較大的風險。如果球員沒有做好準備貿然踢比賽 ，是很危險的事情。”
隊長王燊超表示 ：“上一場失利不會影響球隊的信心 ，我們人員不夠齊整，隻練了兩周，每個人都要承擔的更多 ，每場比賽都會全力以赴 ，希望德比能夠取得想要的結果 。
王燊超表示 ：“上一場比賽球隊表現好我個人預期 ，我也希望球迷能夠給我們一點時間 。現在的德比大戰，球隊關在賽區裏 ，沒有球迷觀戰，失去了很多精彩的東西 ，我們隻能把德比當成一場普通的聯賽。”（搜狐體育 裴力）
