3月21日，足协准入江蘇蘇寧與新投資人的名单談判最終以失敗告終，至此本年度聯賽準入大戲也基本落幕 。日下搜狐體育記者從中超聯盟了解到，午官无生聯盟已經準備好三級聯賽準入名單 ，宣江並將在23日下午對外官宣 。苏天這份準入名單基本與此前外界了解的津已情況相同，最終未能完成準入的足协准入三級聯賽俱樂部為6家，天津津門虎和聯賽冠軍江蘇隊都將解散 ，名单他們留出的日下位置將由滄州雄獅和浙江綠城頂替 。
在公布職業聯賽準入名單的午官无生同時 ，足協還將推出一攬子應對方案 ，宣江並對退出俱樂部的苏天球員身份進行認定 ，這意味著這些俱樂部的津已球員 ，不需要原俱樂部開證明 ，足协准入就將自動獲得自由身，中國足協今年將國內轉會窗口延至3月26日關閉 ，這些球員還有3天左右的時間能夠為自己尋找下家 。不過兩家俱樂部大多數球員早已經開始前往其他俱樂部試訓 ，在獲得自由身份之後，可以與新俱樂部簽約 。
針對外界關注的一些關鍵問題 ，職業聯盟也將出台相關解讀 ，一一進行解答。聯賽分組 、賽製等問題近期也將有明確的答案 。（搜狐體育 裴力）
