卡塔爾當地時間27日晚上8點 ，国足官余中國隊前往卡塔爾大學6號訓練場進行了抵達多哈的新闻训练首堂訓練課 。國足新聞官車恒智接受采訪 ，行纪录介紹了球隊抵達多哈和備戰的李破一些相關情況 。
車恒智表示 ：“隊伍是伤员始穿26日淩晨從上海起飛 ，飛赴多哈 ，已开整個旅程大概在12個小時左右 ，钉鞋這次因為要在西亞長期駐紮，国足官余因此準備了很多物質 ，新闻训练大概有380餘件行李，行纪录這也打破了國家隊出征的李破紀錄 。我們希望做好充足的伤员始穿物質保障 ，讓球隊在西亞的已开征程更順利 ，另外我們的钉鞋工作安排也是緊張有序 ，整個團隊磨煉了很久 ，国足官余非常有經驗 ，能夠更好的保障隊伍。”
據車恒智介紹 ，球隊26日早上7點抵達酒店 ，中午做了核酸檢測 ，“隨後在酒店隔離 ，等核酸檢測的結果。”
談到後勤保障的情況 ，車恒智表示 ：“我們要求的是糧草先行，對於球員的營養保障很重要，要吃得慣 。這次也有隨隊的廚師 ，保證提供一些可口的飯菜 。另外也盡量給酒店要求提供一些中餐的選擇 ，讓球隊吃的更可口 ，更開心 。”
對於球隊的傷病情況，車恒智表示 ：“郭田雨 、王秋明都是聯賽中有一些傷病 ，目前在慢慢恢複調整中。今天的訓練他們都穿了釘鞋，在康複師的帶領下訓練 ，穿了釘鞋說明距離康複就不遠了 。”
談到球隊目前的心理狀態，車恒智表示：“一支球隊想成長 ，需要通過不斷的勝利去積累 ，參加更高水平的比賽 ，在更高水平的比賽中有好的表現 ，那這支球隊在各個方麵的磨合會越來越好 ，我們隊伍現在就是這個情況 ，無論團結 、磨合都呈現一個比較好的狀態 ，我們希望能夠用好的狀態 ，在12強賽的比賽中能夠有一個好的結果 。”
另外 ，針對球隊休息放鬆的安排 ，車恒智表示 ：“從來到西亞到第一場比賽 ，間隔時間不長 ，從科學備戰的角度 ，可能會安排1-2次一天兩練 ，增加力量房訓練 ，讓大家能夠增加力量 ，預防傷病 。隊伍肯定會非常科學的安排 ，當然 ，現在是一個‘防疫氣泡’的管理 ，安排放鬆方式方麵 ，也會麵對比較多的困難 。當然隊伍會想辦法 ，讓隊員在飲食 、休息方麵能夠獲得更好的保障 。”（搜狐體育 裴力）
