這位馬裏中場於2019年1月從薩爾茨堡紅牛加盟萊比錫 ，目前為球隊出戰99次 ，貢獻10球3助攻 ，這位中場悍將本賽季出戰16次打入3球 ，當前和球隊的合同還有3年半到期。作為一名身材並不強壯高大的後腰 ，海達拉的風格類似俱樂部昔日前輩凱塔 。但較之進攻屬性更強的凱塔，海達拉為球隊在防守端可以提供更多的幫助。
朗尼克希望能夠通過引進海達拉來增強曼聯中場的攔截能力。不過 ，海達拉目前對於萊比錫而言也是非賣品 。如果一定要引進 ，一是需要朗尼克賣自己的人情麵子 ，二是估計要通過啟動球員合同中現有的3300萬歐元解約金條款。《鏡報》還提到 ，朗尼克對海達拉的欣賞由來已久 ，即便這個冬天沒辦法買下他 ，依然會考慮在明夏將其作為曼聯中場的重點引進目標 。
