目前 ，国足國足的球员全封强度前全體國腳已經結束了14天隔離期返回各自所在城市 ，7天的双线醫學觀察期也將在本月7日左右結束 。接下來 ，半年闭高國腳們隻有8天左右時間休整並與各自中超俱樂部會合 ，作战重压備戰接下來的承受重啟的中超第一階段剩餘賽事 。
在第一階段三天一賽的国足節奏裏 ，國腳們既要為俱樂部出戰爭取成績 ，球员全封强度前同時要為國足備戰12強賽磨煉狀態 ，双线還要力保不在中超的半年闭高激烈比賽中受傷 。而在參加聯賽的作战重压這段時間，國腳們又要麵對全封閉的承受賽會製環境。
8月12日 ，国足中超第一階段比賽全部結束 ，球员全封强度前國腳們沒有得到幾天休息 ，双线馬上就要參加國足的集訓 。12強賽國足於9月2日首輪前往客場對陣澳大利亞，第六輪則於11月16日主場對澳大利亞。由於目前包括中國 、澳大利亞 、越南等幾個12強賽同組的國家還無法確定自己主場的設置 ，因此國足接下來的整個備戰計劃還無法敲定具體的行程安排 。但可以肯定的是 ，國腳從8月中旬集訓開始 ，直到11月下旬結束12強賽前六輪比賽後才能得到短暫的休息 。
此後 ，國腳們又要趕回各自俱樂部 ，參加12月1日開始的中超第二階段比賽 ，直到2022年1月3日結束 ，這段時間他們又要麵臨全封閉賽會製 。
可見從7月中旬開始 ，國腳們便要在將近半年的時間內 ，接受中超和12強賽雙線連續高強度作戰和長期全封閉管理的環境 ，這對他們的身心將帶來麵臨史無前例的挑戰。
