世預賽12強賽的抽簽儀式將在今日下午3時舉行,處於第四檔的國足作為參賽隊參加本次抽簽儀式,屆時國足的小組對手也將全部出爐 。
根據最新一期的上次胜國際足聯排名,中國隊的積分為1352.68分,位列亞洲的第9位,因此球隊在本次抽簽中與伊拉克同時進入第四檔 。
國足主帥李鐵在接受采訪時表示,强赛國足會竭盡全力打好每一場12強賽的比賽 。隊長吳曦則認為,仅拿進入12強賽的球隊沒有弱隊,無論和誰同組,都要去拚對手,把每一場比賽都當成決賽去打 。
據了解,组第制待本次抽簽將從第六檔的球隊開始,每一檔的兩支隊伍將分別進入A 、B兩個小組。否主根據賽事規則,客场兩個小組的前兩名將直接晉級卡塔爾世界杯,而兩個小組第三名將進入附加賽,雙方之間的勝者還將與其他大洲的球隊交手以決定能否晉級 。
按照初步擬定的国足賽程,12強賽的首輪將在今年9月2日打響,最後一輪將在明年的3月29日進行 。雖然亞足聯在主推主客場賽製,上次胜但在全球防疫的大背景下,不排除12強賽會在中立場地以賽會製的方式進行 。
上屆世預賽12強賽,强赛國足與韓國 、伊朗 、仅拿敘利亞 、组第制待烏茲別克斯坦和卡塔爾分在同一小組,否主球隊最終以3勝3平4負的戰績位列小組第五名,未能晉級俄羅斯世界杯 。
