按照計劃 ，陈戌场督中國男足將於3月30日下午4點在上海與中超河南嵩山龍門隊進行本期集訓的源亲严格首場熱身賽 。國足主帥李鐵希望通過這樣的赴现仿熱身賽來檢驗球隊40強賽備戰的效果 ，而同時來現場見證“驗兵”效果的战国足热還有中國足協主席陳戌源 。
經過近10天的强赛訓練後 ，國足將於30日下午與河南嵩山龍門進行一場教學賽 。竞赛雖然包括張琳芃、环境蔣光太 、陈戌场督李可 、源亲严格費南多在內的赴现仿多名重要球員缺席本期集訓，但由於國足40強賽絕大多數對手總體實力較弱 ，战国足热因此國足完全有能力利用現有力量在40強賽後半程贏球 。强赛
近幾天 ，竞赛國足主帥李鐵安排全隊按照不同陣型打法進行了分組對抗 。环境相對來說 ，陈戌场督4-4-2戰陣是球隊目前的主推陣型 。本期集訓各個位置的“主力”人選也都固定了下來 。嵩山龍門隊作為國足40強賽對手之一菲律賓隊的假想敵 ，將成為國足檢驗近期備戰效果的重要參照。國足如果能夠在這場比賽中打出令人滿意的過程、結果，將為自身打好接下來的40強賽比賽平添信心 。
據了解 ，和以往內部教學賽不同 ，國足本期集訓安排的兩場熱身賽將嚴格“仿真”40強賽競賽環境 。就連受邀執法比賽的裁判員也將按照國際足聯最新判罰精神嚴格吹判本場比賽。中國足協隨後還將結合比賽判罰實際情況 ，於賽後安排國腳們參加有關判罰規則內容的學習 ，並由國際級裁判或高級裁判講師親自授課 。
中國足協主席陳戌源也計劃赴現場觀看本場熱身賽 。據了解 ，中國足協執委會將於3月31日在上海舉行新一次工作會議 。而在近期落實完新賽季職業聯賽俱樂部準入工作後 ，中國足協及職業聯盟籌備團隊的“重磅人物”都將齊聚上海，國足成為除職業聯賽之外，他們關注的另一熱點 。
除了探望國足外 ，陳戌源近期還前往蘇州賽區，為國家女足 、國家男足及中超賽事的開賽協調各類細節工作 。
