在越南的羞辱一場第二級別的聯賽中，“Can Tho隊”主場對戰“Cong An Nhan Dan隊” ，太疯比賽進行的狂门波瀾不驚 ，到了87分鍾時 ，将扑兩隊的点成点主比分依舊為1-1平局 ，眼看著比賽就將以平局結束 。功滑跪庆但是祝判在比賽第88分鍾卻出現了一個點球判罰。
當時“Cong An Nhan Dan隊”前場進攻 ，羞辱在禁區前偏左側一腳45度傳中到禁區內 ，“Can Tho隊”門將出擊 ，而皮球落在了出擊的門將與“Cong An Nhan Dan隊”球員之間彈起，而出擊的門將沒有打到皮球，反而撞倒了對手 。
當值主裁認定門將撞人犯規 ，因此判罰了點球 ，同時還向這位出擊的門將出示了黃牌 。這一判罰也引發了“Can Tho隊”門將的不滿 ，他認為自己雖然撞倒了對方球員 ，但是不是故意為之 ，另外對方球員根本沒有射門機會 ，自己的這次犯規根本談不上點球判罰 。而主裁不為所動 ，堅持點球判罰 。
“Cong An Nhan Dan隊”球員罰點 ，打球門右下角，“Can Tho隊”門將判斷的非常準確 ，他將皮球撲出底線 。而在撲出這個點球後 ，“Can Tho隊”門將直接衝著主裁跑去，隊友希望阻止他 ，但是根本無法奏效 。最終“Can Tho隊”門將用滑跪慶祝的方式來到了主裁身前 ，而對於這一挑釁的舉動，主裁沒有出示黃牌 。
