北京時間2月17日消息 ，昨晚廣州隊新賽季球員定編及薪資標準被曝光 ，人恒該標準中，大还一線隊球員年薪最高稅前60萬元封頂 ，想搞共3人；主力球員稅前年薪42萬元封頂 ，足球共6人；主力替補稅前年薪30萬元封頂 ，广药股改共6人；替補球員稅前年薪14.4萬封頂 ，拢完共15人 。全没一線隊起薪稅前6萬元/年 。进展
對此 ，媒体知名媒體人豐臻也談到了自己的人恒所知道的情況 ，他表示 ：廣州隊這個薪資標準有點嚇人 ，大还頂薪稅前60萬，想搞底薪14萬多，足球真的广药股改也就隻能買班尼路了。
這裏麵是傳遞了幾個信息：
1、 恒大還想搞足球 ，而且會以最小的代價搞足球 ，還會是俱樂部實際控製人 。因為按這個薪資標準 ，3000萬都能搞一年了 。恒大隻要不垮 ，一年3000萬還是給得起 。
2 、 接下來一線隊肯定是隻用恒大足校培養的球員了 ，因為非足校球員都不可能接受這個薪水。
3、 恒大就是要把一線隊做成青訓產品展現的平台 。環境變了 ，廣州隊調整策略，從一個極端走到另一個極端 。反正，啥都是廣州隊先幹的。當然廣州隊有一定的底氣 ，因為年輕一代球員裏 ，廣州隊是有一點優勢的 。
4 、 廣藥完全沒進展 ，因為談不攏 。
