因國足出戰世預賽40強賽而暫停了兩個月之後 ，穆伊中超聯賽即將在重燃戰火 。正办中国遭遇北京時間7月11日 ，手续上海海港舉行媒體開放日 ，海港俱樂部副總孫祥接受了記者采訪 ，下阶孫祥透露 ，段或球隊下一階段聯賽可能遭遇比較嚴重的严重人員短缺。

對於即將開始的严重聯賽，孫祥表示 ，賽程密集是很大的挑戰，對於海港而言 ，還要麵臨更大的困難 。“阿瑙托維奇和穆伊沒有回來，邁斯在歐洲康複，劉祝潤下周將會去到全運會隊 ，為全運會打決賽 ，人員方麵是非常大的挑戰 ，當然我們全隊還是有信心在接下來的比賽中團結一致 ，克服困難 ，在球場上展現出我們海港隊的比賽精神 ，為球迷奉獻精彩的比賽 。”
穆伊聯賽間歇期返回蘇格蘭休息 ，隨後因為家人突然身故 ，又從蘇格蘭返回澳大利亞 。對於穆伊的回歸時間 ，孫祥表示：“目前已經在辦理相關手續，之前因為他弟弟的原因 ，穆伊從蘇格蘭又回到澳洲 ，在澳洲要麵對一個隔離政策 ，也需要一定的時間，我們也在抓緊時間幫助他辦理回國的手續 。”（搜狐體育 裴力）
